We provide short-term rehabilitation for recovery after an injury or surgery. Our short-term rehabilitation program includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to help increase our patients’ mobility, stability, and speech and language capabilities. Our accelerated care program includes several different therapies combined with other treatments that take advantage of advancements in medical technology to help our patients heal and recover. Accelerated care programs assist with such areas as fall prevention, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic, and more.

Village-in-Place Home Healthcare is more involved at-home care. It may include physical and occupational therapy, delivery of medical supplies, drawing blood, skilled nursing services, and more.
Village-in-Place Hospice is available for patients with life-limiting and advanced illnesses who need specialized and palliative care. Our nurses provide skilled, compassionate care for our patients and support for patients’ loved ones. Our hospice team may include physicians, registered nurses, medical social workers, clergy members, hospice aides, a variety of therapists.
