Spring Hope Villas –
Spring Hope Villas features new duplex cottages and single-family homes. Choose from several different floor plans and customize with your preferences. Our staff and builder will work with you to make sure that it feels like home. Life lease option ONLY.

Pleasant Hill Village –
Pleasant Hill Village features brick duplex cottages. These homes were the first cottages built on our campus in the 1980s. With renovations and updates over the years, they still look like new. Choose from several different floor plans. Life lease and monthly rental options available.

The Court Apartments -
The Court Apartments feature both one- and two-bedroom apartments. With 24-hour supervision, we offer both independent living and personal care in our apartment building. Residents often enjoy gathering at the Courtside Cafe for lunch and dinner. Life lease and monthly rental options available.
Mountain View Estates
Mountain View Estates is the homeowners association located on The Village at Morrisons Cove’s campus. Through our homeowners association, an individual or couple is able to lease a lot of land and then design and build their own home. You can choose the builder and the design (all building plans must be approved by an Advisory Board). Mountain View Estates gives you the best of both worlds—you own your home while still enjoying the benefits of living in a retirement community, with things like lawn care, trash removal, and snow removal taken care of for you.

The Village Fitness and Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is conveniently located on our back campus, complete with an endless pool, hot tub and exercise equipment.
